(no subject)

Today it's possible to glimpse and almost see the deep nihilism, the true reality of all that is & will be. I was making pictures of an old tank decal & the storm overhead was just kissing the roof while the rain feel just at the proper angle. You can see & smell that thing in the world that reminds you that this is what is, this existence of bare & coerced interaction with a vast disinterested cosmos in which every effort is only a meager spur to a further action and that stochastic accumulation of unrelated efforts will cause something to happen, something alien & without purpose & unknowable across the distant vault of time.

I like to remember this as often as I can. It's important to remember.
