Well - no, the Laketran is a whole different thing. When I used to work in Painesville I'd have to make the transfer at the county-line. All the what 6? laketran busses only run on the hour and they stop running after like 6? Just, done. I used to think about getting OT at that job and was like - well, no, It's a 15 mile walk, 20. Although I did once walk it.
In the way that the Laketran all meet at the Mall - all of the RTA busses lead to downtown CLV. The busses that are direct to downtown all run all the time - all night and day - just in the rush-hours they're every 15 minutes or so, and in the middle of the night they're 2 an hour.
Now the buses that go into the nooks and crannies- they tend to dry up after 10 or so - and that's kind of fair, since there's a convenience element to that - walking 7 miles isn't a huge/bad/problem exactly - except that it's fucking cold still. And also - as I've noted - there are never public restrooms.
