I suppose that if it wasn't for the British invading America and taking over the indigenous population, there wouldn't be any Thanksgiving. I have been studying Post Colonialism as part of my degree and the whole America/Thanksgiving thing is not very politically correct, it seems.
Another turkey day, I suppose - us Brits get enough of that in December LOL :-)
