We don't get religious adherents to the same level in the UK. In fact, Britain seems to be the fastest growing atheist/agnostic place in the world. Fish sandwiches would seem so weird, especially in a place that seems to scoff chocolate bunnies/ hot cross buns from 1st January til whenever the shops run out of cut price chocolate eggs(first week of May?).
