From what's permanent the thing declined by razors shearing at edges, formed into shapes displeasingly easy.  Fallen by steps & failed by angels what's best of all is only barely desired.  What's least is allowed should supplication prevail & no threat be held, hanging over.  What's best is least wanted & what's demanded is shaped by the myriad cuts, the ten-thousand dissections.  Only by parts are the places filled the seats occupied.  What's wisest then is to hold the discarded scrap, to keep and have that & hold it to be what's best & disdain the least things which are the required things.
