I'm still not ready to speak to any questions about the (very few) high points of childhood or the (developmentally significant) low points.  (Thanks aslant!  I'm a 40 year old man still consumed by things that defeated me as a little boy!  I love thinking about them!)

But...

Aww - I fired up my little & very cool computer - the Kangaroo - it's neat!  - I got it going on my TV and now that's how I am going to be - doing my LJ entry on the couch - I got all nostalgic about 2010 and 2011 when we were the 3 wise men, and lived and had the good time together.  Anyhow!  I don't know why I pretend excitement.  Anyhow, I'm presently doing that thing where I listen to sad-ass music and drink beer and also have the internet.  All Mistakes.  There's a pure idea in the world -and when it comes down to it-  a pure idea is not fit to survive - it must be perverted & it must feed the sorrows & troubles of all the people that have made the Big Mistake of living in the earth.

Anyhow the internet is pure and decided to provoke me to maudlin, really, comically maudlin sentiments! Unprovoked & without context this

Anyhow, it's parents' job to fail their children. It's just a matter of how gracefully you do it.
